Leaders Suppress Negatives
Keep your fears to yourself, but Share your courage with others.
--Robert Louis Stevenson
Despite being a leader, you are sometimes beset by a doubt, an apprehension or a terrorizing thought. True? It is a negative force in us that limits our results and rewards. Each of us is bestowed with a passion, a dream or a lofty purpose in life. It is a positive force in us and it boosts our results and rewards.
Sadly, when broadcast to others, the negative force is more infectious and destructive than the positive is empowering and constructive.
Openly communicate and leverage your attributes that are visionary, uplifting and empowering. Work privately to improve and rectify the more negative attributes that tempt you to fear, fail and flounder. Never express the negatives to anyone who cannot help fix the condition; doing so spreads the infection.
