Leaders Follow"He who has never learned to obey cannot be a good commander.
--AristotleEvery real leader must also be a follower of someone. Every great leader must be a follower of someone great. Nobody is endowed with all wisdom, knowledge and capability, therefore, be wary of the leader who no longer receives training, guidance or direction from anyone.
Many such leaders grow isolated from the people and operate from a position of unregulated power, ego and subsequently, poor judgment and poor decisions. Such leaders may be in any field--business, social positions, religion or others.
In business, most Human Resource departments do not have training programs for executive management. In religious and other organizations, the same is true. This void often manifests symptoms such as: lack of accountability, poor management skills and dysfunctional behaviors.

2) Do you follow leaders? To the extent practical, walk away from those who seem to operate in a vacuum--with lack of accountability, personal ego and guidance. Please send a copy of this message to someone who might find it interesting.
