You Cannot Truly Know Great Pleasure
While Causing Others Great Pain
Many a self-empowerment enthusiast ignores one main area of personal growth. Yes, we strive to become more positive; push uphill to conquer heights unreached; and forgive those who have done us wrong. But when last did you do a deep-clean examination to see if you have done wrong to others and then, seek to make it right?
A woman borrowed $750 from her cousin, promised to repay him at a certain time and did not. She periodically sees her cousin, seeks to be chummy with him, but never mentions the debt. The lender feels cheated and wonders at the intention and integrity of the borrower. That debt will be a blockage in her path to power and will not be removed until restitution is made. True, by force and violation, you can attain some level of financial and professional gain, but true empowerment demands clear conscience, wholesomeness and a sense of doing the right thing. Could your expansion or success be held back, waiting for restitution to remove the blockage?
