The US Thanksgiving season comes right in the middle of the hectic pace, pressures and problems of life and so it should. For a heart of thankfulness does not pre-suppose you have no pains. In fact, thankfulness may be that elevator you need to lift you out of the situation that tempts you to be sad, bitter, lonely, afraid, broke, envious, malicious, angry...choose a malady and thank your way out of it. Do you need a special holiday to be thankful?
